IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION FOR AZERBAIJAN
FOR COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT HAVE AN AZERBAIJAN EMBASSY TO OBTAIN A
PASSPORT.
1. Contact the organisers by email if you have any questions.

List the names of all your competitors and officials requiring a visa, get a copy of the passport details (photo and personal details), and send to the organiser.
Use the contact details on the front of the entry form to mail the names and passport copies.
2. The Organisers well send you a "Letter of Invitation".
3. The Organisers will present the names of competitors and officials to their "Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Migration Services".
4. On arrival at BAKU ITERNATIONAL AIRPORT you will see a competition logo and there will be someone there to help everyone. You must produce your passport, "Letter of Invitation", pay the visa fee, and then you will receive your visas.

5. At this "logo point" you can get all the help you need including shuttlebus service, tickets from Baku to Lankaran, exchange, etc. see "current championship" page.
